Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Reservation Deposit & Cancellation

• All reservations at Sunsets Terra require a deposit to secure your table.

• You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking time to receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reservation time are non-refundable.

Minimum Spend Requirements

• Reservations at Sunsets Terra are subject to a minimum spend per person or table, depending on the date, time, and seating area.

• Guests will be informed of the applicable minimum spend during the booking process.

• By completing your reservation, you agree to comply with the specified minimum spend on the day of your visit.

Late Arrivals

• We kindly hold your reserved table for 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time.

• If you are running late, please contact us in advance to retain your booking.

• If there is no communication from the guest within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, the reservation will be automatically canceled without refund.

• Guests arriving late may still be accommodated, subject to availability and discretion of our team.

Weather & Operational Disruptions

• In case the terrace (rooftop area) is closed due to external factors such as:

  • Rain

  • Strong wind

  • Other weather-related safety concerns

• You will be offered the option of:

  • A full refund, or

  • A rescheduling of your reservation for another available date.
